Characteristics of our Chianti wine
Our Chianti wine was born from a careful selection of our best grapes, harvested by hand in our vineyards with the same care as in the past. Ruby red, on the nose the wine is characterized by black cherry and balsamic notes, while on the palate it is balanced and with a good tasting persistence.
Curiosities
We have chosen to continue following the traditional recipe that our grandparents used already 60 years ago, so our Chianti wine is a genuine product strongly linked to the history and tradition of our territory. And it is not only the recipe that is unchanged: even the refinement of our traditional Chianti takes place only in concrete just as it was done in the past.
The label shows the Pieve di San Pietro in Bossolo, very important for our family: until the 1980s it was the only meeting point for the town, where we met and shared feelings and advice on working in the fields.
