FAQ Purchases

 

How can I purchase your products on your shop online?

1) Go to our SHOP to find out our products characteristics, images and prices;
2) The BUY button of the desired product will insert it in your cart;
3) In the right column you can see the cart to add or delete products;

4) Once you have chosen the products your prefer, with the button VIEW CART and CHECKOUT you can finalize your order, insert your information for the shipment and make the payment.

 

Your products are purchasable? Or have I to wait a while?

All the products shown online are currently available for sale and shipment. You will not have to wait due to a lack of stock or due to not available products in our warehouse. Your purchase takes place directly with the winery-producer Poggio al Bosco.

I have to make a gift. Do you offer any gift packages?

Certainly!
Packages are available in elegant corrugated cardboard, bottles paired with customized corkscrews, refined wooden cases for a single magnum or more bottles, or customized solutions at your request. You can find our fantastic and colored gift packages on this website.

Do the prices include VAT?

Of course!
All prices shown include VAT.

 

FAQ – PAYMENTS & SHIPMENTS

Is it possible to pay with credit card or PayPal?

Yes, we accept all the most common means of payment and credit cards: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO.

 

Do you accept also bank transfer?

Yes, we accept also payments via bank transfer. Orders made with bank transfer will be processed after verification of the actual crediting of the payment (usually within 3/4 days).

How are products shipped? What packaging do you use to avoid breakage and damage?

Poggio al Bosco uses exclusively impact-protecting containers, tailored for wine and bottles of glass shipments in general. For further information about shipments and packaging, visit the “Shipments” page.

What about shipment times?

Poggio al Bosco is committed to ensuring a fast and efficient service. Shipments are processed within 24h/48h from the receipt of the payment. All products shown in our shop online are currently available, so it’s not necessary to wait due to a lack in stock.

I’m having problems with subscription, I can’t register. How can I do?

Please send us an email with your information (name and surname, email and address) and our team will register an account for you.

I’m having technical issues with purchasing.
