Our friends of Tenuta Astrone have made these jellies for us combining the flavors of our wines with the aromas of the Tuscan tradition.
This is the version with our white wine, Lunatico IGT Toscana, combined with sage. The outcome is a jelly with a fresh taste and a balanced sage aroma.
Ideal to eat with young cheese (goat cheese, pecorino and ricotta), white meats, raw fish, but try it with panna cotta too it will surprise you!
