Our friends of Tenuta Astrone have made these jellies for us combining the flavors of our wines with the aromas of the Tuscan tradition.
This is the version with our red wine, Eclissi IGT Toscana, combined with rosemary. The outcome is a jelly with a deep colour, and balanced red wine and rosemary flavours.
Ideal to eat with aged cheese, boiled and roasted red meat, wild game.
