Rosè wine jelly – Estroverso & Chilli pepper

Our friends of Tenuta Astrone have made these jellies for us combining the flavors of our wines with the aromas of the Tuscan tradition.

This is the version with our rosè wine, Estroverso IGT Toscana, combined with chilli pepper. The outcome is a jelly with a fresh, fizzy taste, and a spicy note given by the chilli powder.

Ideal to eat with medium aged cheese (pecorino, taleggio), shellfish, boiled meats, grilled vegetables, but try it with chocolate too and it will surprise you!
