Deep ruby red colour, intense aroma with spicy notes, pepper and red fruits to the nose. It is full, harmonic, tannic and well balanced. Long and intense persistence of flavour.

Curiosity

This wine is the pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, an international grape variety that we have planted in our Tuscan lands. It’s really interesting to compare with Cabernet Sauvignons from all over the world. The name of this wine (Solstizio) recalls the best time of the year to drink a glass: the solstice of winter, maybe tasting it in front of the fireplace in a pleasant relaxing evening.
